How quickly can I get a quote?

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard items (M6–M30 common grades), MOQ is typically 100 pieces or 5 kg. For large or non-standard sizes (M42 and above) and special grades (Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel), MOQ may be 50 pcs or 1 heat. Custom CNC-machined fasteners have a minimum of 25 pcs. Contact us with your requirements and we will advise.
Do you provide EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 material test certificates?
Yes. All export orders ship with EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill inspection certificates as standard. Type 3.2 (independent third-party inspection) by TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s, or SGS can be arranged on request, typically adding 7–10 business days to the order. PMI (XRF/OES) reports are also available.
Can you manufacture custom / non-standard fasteners?
Yes. We manufacture custom fasteners to customer drawings, samples, or specifications. This includes non-standard head configurations, special thread forms (ACME, Whitworth, BSP), custom lengths, and special alloys. Send your drawing or sample with dimensions and material requirements and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.
What are your standard lead times for export orders?
Standard items in stock (common SS 304/316 and carbon steel grades): 7–14 days. Made-to-order standard sizes: 3–4 weeks. Custom / non-standard items: 4–6 weeks depending on size and complexity. Urgent air freight available for critical requirements. Lead times are confirmed at the time of order placement.
Which ports do you ship from, and what are the incoterms?
We primarily ship from Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai Port, and use air freight via Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport for urgent orders. We can quote on EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP/DDP basis. Full shipping documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and fumigation certificate is provided.
Do you supply NACE MR0175 / sour service fasteners?
Yes. We supply NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant fasteners including ASTM A193 B7M stud bolts (99 HRB max), A194 Grade 2HM nuts (26 HRC max), and SS 316 A4-70 class bolts. All NACE orders include hardness test certificates and material traceability.
