HITECH Fastener was established in Mumbai with a singular focus: to manufacture fasteners that meet the most demanding international specifications โ and to back every shipment with the documentation and traceability that global buyers require.
Starting from a focused range of carbon steel hex bolts and nuts for the domestic Indian market, we steadily expanded our material capabilities, standards coverage, and global reach. Today we manufacture across stainless steel grades (304, 316, 202, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507), alloy steel (A193 B7/B7M, L7), and carbon steel (8.8 through 12.9) in sizes from M3 to M100.

We manufacture the complete spectrum of threaded fasteners and related components, from standard catalogue items to custom-engineered specials.
Bolts & Hex Bolts
Partial and full thread hex bolts, carriage bolts, flange bolts, and T-bolts. Sizes M3โM100, lengths to 3000mm.
Stud Bolts
Full-body and waist studs for pressure vessel flanges, pipelines, and valve connections. ASTM A193 B7/B8M compliant.
Nuts
Standard hex, heavy hex, nyloc, flange, castle, coupling, and dome nuts. Heavy hex to ASTM A194 Grade 2H/8M.
Washers
Plain flat washers, spring lock washers, disc/Belleville springs, and taper washers in all materials and sizes.
Socket & Machine Screws
Socket head cap, countersunk, button head, and set screws. High-tensile Grade 12.9 and stainless A4-80 available.
Custom Fasteners
CNC-machined specials to customer drawings. Non-standard heads, special thread forms (ACME, Whitworth, BSP), custom alloys.

Mechanical tests (tensile, hardness, impact), chemical analysis, and corrosion tests performed by NABL-accredited third-party laboratories.
PMI (Positive Material Identification)
XRF and OES portable PMI testing on all stainless, alloy steel, and special alloy orders. Results documented and supplied with shipment.
